As a daughter, sister, wife and mom, I am inspired to use this time to reinforce habits that keep my loved ones healthy and happy.  By walking together to stay physically fit, cooking healthy meals together teach us the importance of nutrition. Whatever you do, spend more quality time together with your family. It will not only strengthen your family bond but it will make a big difference for you and your family as a whole.
