Thanksgiving is without a doubt, primarily a feast holiday. But
that doesn't mean we can’t celebrate the harvest
bounty without a little 5 minutes exercise
into the mix.
Five minutes – (50
Seconds each and rest for 10 seconds)
- Clean and Press
- Side Lunge and Row
- Plié Squat
- Dumbbell biceps curl
- Single-Leg Deadlift with Kick-Back
