Thanksgiving is without a doubt, primarily a feast holiday. But that doesn't mean we can’t celebrate the harvest bounty without a little 5 minutes exercise into the mix.

Five minutes – (50 Seconds each and rest for 10 seconds)
  1. Clean and Press
  2. Side Lunge and Row
  3. Plié Squat
  4. Dumbbell biceps curl
  5. Single-Leg Deadlift with Kick-Back
