What was that you said about not
having time for exercise? The way I see it if the president of the US
can exercises 45 minutes, six
days a week so can you. Let me
know when you find someone who is busier than the president. According to Men's Health magazine "The
main reason the president exercise is just to clear his head and relieve him of
stress. His blood pressure is pretty low and he tends to be a healthy eater.
My recommendation is to get up
earlier! I know it sounds like a complete nightmare, but the thirty and
forty-five minutes worth of exercise is so valuable.
For this week, how about walking on
the treadmill, taking a walk outside, putting a videotape and exercise with the
TV, whatever works for you? And it does not always require a gym; try finding
new ways to add exercise to your daily life.

life and is good for you
