Fruit smoothies will give you a quick energy boost without too much fat or too many calories.
It is as easy as 1-2-3
1. A bowl of fresh fruit
2. A cup plain, low fat yogurt
3. A cup of crushed ice
4. Depending on sweetness of your fruits, you may want to add a little honey
5. Blend all the fruits together
