Workout Wednesday
Summer is coming and we
all want to look our best so why not participate in the #FitIn5 workout every
day for two weeks - and keep score - to challenge yourself and see your
progress. You can split it up over the course of the day or smash it out in one
hit. Accessible workouts you can do at home, at work, at school, at the gym or
while you’re enjoying the great outdoors. It’s all up to you. Here are the
moves. Don’t forget to count your reps and write down your score!
Move #1 - 1x minute of air
squats
Move #2 - 1x minute of
running heel touches
Move #3 - 1x minute of push
ups
Move #4 - 1x minute of
burpees
Move #5 - 1x minute of
plank jacks
