Go Red For Women

It was such an honor to volunteer at the First District AME Churches Conference.  It was great opportunity to speak to the attendees and distribute materials to raise awareness of heart disease in women and promote heart health. What a beautiful evening. It is a blessing to be a part of such a powerful movement.
